Shipping

We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on all US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Free UPS Ground Shipping typically delivers in 3 to 5 business days, and overnight shipping is available for a flat rate. Orders placed after 5.30pm EST on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges of which will be displayed on the Order Summary Page.

USA

Shipments within the USA are subject to local sales tax on all orders where applicable. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by NOMADS AND MAD ONES and to pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.

International

Order Tracking

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note that this can take longer during our peak seasons when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

 
 

Exchange & Returns

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, simply email us for an exchange within 28 days of receipt at concierge@nomadsandmadones.com. If the item is faulty when you received it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Once your return has been requested, we’ll send you an email with the return authorization number and instructions.

  • Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges.

  • All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach NOMADS AND MAD ONES.

  • Please make sure items are returned new, unused and with all NOMADS AND MAD ONES garment tags still attached. Returns that are not in compliance with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited as store credit to your NOMADS AND MAD ONES account. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
